We can custom make a menu for you based on what your needs/taste-buds desire. A typical small event of 25-50 would include one protein, two sides and rolls. Average price of $15/person. If you go up to 51-100 guests, you get an additional protein, two sides with green salad, and rolls for about $14/person. And with 100+ you get the above plus another protein for about $13/person. Please keep in mind that there are limits on the amount of smoked items I can do. And also certain meats will cost a little more per person.

The trailer has the setup of having a buffet style serving station on the back end in hotel pans. Or we can setup a serving table or just have the food in pans that you can keep inside your house or business to serve that way.
